Reset your password
Residely sign-in uses your email and a password. If you've forgotten it, you can reset it from the sign-in screen. The steps are the same on the web, iPhone, and Android.
- Open Forgot password, or choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
- On the Reset password screen, enter your email and choose Send reset link.
- Open the email we send and tap the link. It opens the Set new password screen.
- Enter a new password, confirm it, and choose Update password. You'll be signed in right away.
Your password needs at least 12 characters, including one letter, one number, and one symbol.
The reset link expires after 30 minutes for security. If it's stopped working, just open Forgot password again to request a fresh one.
