Reset your password

Residely sign-in uses your email and a password. If you've forgotten it, you can reset it from the sign-in screen. The steps are the same on the web, iPhone, and Android.

1. Open Forgot password, or choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
2. On the Reset password screen, enter your email and choose Send reset link.
3. Open the email we send and tap the link. It opens the Set new password screen.
4. Enter a new password, confirm it, and choose Update password. You'll be signed in right away.
