Book an amenity
If your neighborhood has shared amenities, like tennis courts or a clubhouse, you can reserve a time from the Amenities area.
Open Amenities:
From the sidebar, choose Amenities.
Tap the Amenities tab at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the Amenities tab at the bottom of the screen.
Then, on the amenity you want, choose Reserve (or New reservation at the top) and follow the steps:
- Pick the amenity you want to reserve.
- Choose a date on the calendar. Unavailable days are greyed out, and you can book only so many days ahead.
- Set how long you need (hours and minutes, within the amenity's allowed range).
- Pick an option if the amenity has more than one (for example, a specific court), or choose Any.
- Pick a start time from the available slots.
- Review the details, add an optional note, and tick I've read the rules if asked. Choose Reserve to confirm.
Some amenities need approval. When that's the case, the button reads Request reservation, and an approver reviews it before it's confirmed. You'll get an email either way.
Viewing and cancelling reservations
Your bookings appear under Reservations on the Amenities page, split into Upcoming and Past. Open a reservation and choose Cancel reservation to free up the slot, you can always book again. You can cancel any time up to the start.
Some amenities limit how many reservations you can hold at once. If you've hit the limit, cancel an upcoming booking or wait until one passes before making a new one.
