Claim your household

Sometimes an admin adds your household to the directory before you join, so your home and family are already listed. When that happens, you "claim" your spot to link it to your account.

Open your household:

From the sidebar, choose My Household. If you don't have one yet, choose Open the directory and find your home.

Then:

  1. Open your household and find your name in the Members list.
  2. Tap your name, then choose This is me.
  3. In the confirmation ("Your account will be linked to [your name]"), choose Link account.

Your account is now connected to your household.

If your home isn't in the directory yet, you don't need to claim anything, just add your household or ask your admin. If you tap a name that isn't yours, choose Not me to back out.
