Create your neighborhood
Anyone can start a neighborhood on Residely, and you become its first admin. New neighborhoods begin on a free 14-day trial, and no credit card is required to begin.
You can create a neighborhood on the web at residely.app or right inside the iPhone or Android app. Either way, you start from New neighborhood? on the sign-in screen. Once it's set up, you and your neighbors can use it on any device.
Step 1: Open the sign-up screen
Go to residely.app and choose Get started, or open app.residely.app/sign_up directly. You can also choose New neighborhood? on the sign-in screen.

Step 2: Enter your details
- On the Start your neighborhood screen, enter your First name, Last name, a Neighborhood name (for example, "River Glen Estates"), and your email.
- Tick the box to agree to the Terms.
- Choose Create my neighborhood.
We'll send a confirmation link to your email so we know it's really you.
Step 3: Confirm your email and set a password
- Open the email we sent and tap the confirmation link on the same device.
- On the Set your password screen, choose a password.
- Choose Create my neighborhood to finish.
Your password needs at least 12 characters, including one letter, one number, and one symbol.
That's it. You'll land in your new neighborhood's Directory, and you'll see when your free trial ends. Your next step is to invite your neighbors.
