Getting started
Join your neighborhood
If a neighbor or your HOA admin has set up Residely, you join with their invite link or invite code. You can do this on the web or in the iPhone or Android app.
If you have an invite link
- Open the invite link your admin shared with you.
- Your name and email aside, the invite code is filled in for you ("You're joining via shared link").
- Enter your First name, Last name, and email, agree to the Terms, and choose Join your neighborhood.
If you have an invite code
- Open Join your neighborhood, or in the app choose Invite code? Join your neighborhood on the sign-in screen.
- Enter your First name, Last name, email, and the invite code, agree to the Terms, and choose Join your neighborhood.
Confirm your email and set a password
- Open the email we sent and tap the confirmation link on the same device.
- On the Set your password screen, choose a password (at least 12 characters, with one letter, one number, and one symbol).
- Choose Join [your neighborhood] to finish.
Some neighborhoods review new members before letting them in. If yours does, you'll see a "waiting for approval" screen after you join, and you'll get in once an admin approves you.
Already have a Residely account? If your email is recognized, we'll ask you to sign in instead of making a new account, and the invite is applied automatically once you do. One account can belong to more than one neighborhood, so you can switch between them whenever you like.
Once you're in, you may need to claim your household if an admin already added it.
